Built by a guy who needed it
I train Jiu Jitsu a few mornings a week. I lift. I used to ride long distance up the coast. And somewhere in my fifties I noticed that every app, every program, every influencer plan was written for someone half my age: crash-cut calories, grind to failure, no thought given to joints, sleep, hormones, or the fact that recovery is a different animal now.
There was nothing that addressed what a man in midlife actually needs: nutrition that protects muscle while the fat comes off, supplements chosen for joints and recovery instead of pump, and training that respects the body you have while still asking something real of it.
So I built Protocol. It starts where you are, your age, your goal, the activities you already love, the joints that complain. It builds your week around your real life, tells you what to eat in portions you measure with your hand, and then it listens every Sunday and adjusts. No shame, no leaderboards, no 22-year-old yelling at you.
